Refund Policy — Spacekart India

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Spacekart India Pvt. Ltd, including Virtual Office, Co-working memberships, Meeting Room bookings, and add-on services ("Services").

1. General Principle

We aim to be fair and transparent. Refunds are processed only for circumstances defined in this policy, after verification by our customer-success team.

2. Eligibility

Scenario	Refund
Cancellation within 7 days of first payment (cooling-off), no usage	Full refund of plan fee, processed within 7 business days
Cancellation after 7 days	Pro-rata refund of unused full months, less a 10% admin fee
Inability to deliver the service due to Spacekart's fault	Full refund of the unexpired portion
Customer non-compliance with KYC / agreement terms	No refund
Plan upgrade — difference amount	Not a refund; credited to next billing cycle
Meeting room no-show	No refund; rescheduling allowed once with 4 hours' notice
Day pass	No refund once redeemed

3. Refund Process

Quote your customer ID and plan name
Briefly state the reason — helps us improve
Refunds are processed to the original payment instrument within 7 business days of approval
Bank / payment gateway processing times may add 5–10 additional days

4. Non-Refundable Items

Statutory fees paid to government authorities (ROC, MCA, GST, trademark) on your behalf
Customised services once delivered (for example, drafted agreements, consultations delivered)
Add-ons already consumed (document courier, scanned mail forwarding)

5. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, please write to [email protected]. We will respond within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
